I felt very scared and dizzy while being blindfolded

I felt scared walking with the blindfold because I'm unable to see my surrounding. Being unable to see made me feel more paranoid as well, having the fear that I will walk into a wall or accidentally bang into someone

I assured my friend by informing him our location especially when we are walking up/down a slope, I would tell him to slow down as we are approaching an obstacle

One point I found online was that they face difficulties accessing printed information as they aren't to interpret the content on it.
