Yes, Personal Development was very helpful for me because it guided me in understanding my strengths, weaknesses, and emotions. It taught me how to manage stress and maintain a healthy mindset, especially as a STEM student. The subject helped me know myself better by making me reflect on my values, goals, and relationships with others.

2. What were your key takeaways from the subject?

One of my key takeaways is the importance of self-awareness and emotional intelligence in achieving success. I learned that growth starts from understanding who I am and what I want to become. I also realized that maintaining good mental health and a positive attitude are essential in handling challenges, especially in pursuing a demanding career like nursing.

3. What two topics were your favorites and why?

My favorite topics were Family Structures & Legacies and Developmental stages of Middle & Late adolescents.

I really liked the family structures and legacies lesson because it taught me how different families worked, especially because my knowledge was really lacking in those parts. My other favorite lesson being Developmental stages of Middle & Late adolescents is because it taught me about the different psychological challenges that all people in different ages have. The 2 lessons generally just opened my mind and helped me to understand more on how the human mind works.
