Also the founder & executive director of orange county school of the arts, the regional director, associate creative director, and CEO director of Orange are speaking in the video and talking about how gentrification benefits Santa Ana.
What:  The parts where the areas are neat and nice are presented in the video, so it ignores the rest of the city, which is the part where it is "poor" and "dirty." They capitalize them as wanting everything to change and to expand in way great way but for those that are here and have unfortunate situations will be seemingly left behind. The government seems to just want this change in order to possibly get rid of those with low income.
