Most times the aim is to end capitalism

So not only the upper class, but every citizen, will benefit

Castro thought this was best for Cuba’s welfare

But the US thought it would cause another Red Scare

Castro was not like Batista- He wouldn’t let the US take full control

And this caused John F. Kennedy to implement the trade embargo
He signed it in the year 1962
And it has killed many Cubans too
