There is flower arranging also known as ikebana, origami , and ukiyo-e which is woodblock printing. The arts also include crafts such as dolls, lacquer ware, and pottery. There are performances such as complex dramas performed in elaborate costumes which goes by kabuki, noh, restrained and highly non-realistic drama, bunraku puppet theater, kyogen short sarcastic plays, and kamishibai which is storytelling with animation, sound, and music. 
All the festivals, ritual, observances and celebrations in Tokyo are all a large part of the Japan culture.  The culture of Tokyo is everywhere around the city. Different cultures and traditions and in temples and castles. This castle was built on flat land in the valleys.At the time this castle was the home to the Tokugawa shoguns who ran the Edo government. The Edo castle is now part of the Imperial Palace which listed above. The Edo castle is now a major historical site in Japan.

- As Tokyo expands as a city the more people the more breathing the more rubbish and overcrowding. Tokyo has a major problem with air pollution, and has been getting worse since the 1960's as the population grows. Tokyo's air pollution has hit rock bottom and is greater than the normal standard of air pollution and is miles above being at normal air levels.
Solution
- My solution would be to expand Tokyo even more or move all the manufacturers and factories  to more rural areas. Why? Because the air won't be filling with waste and smoke as these factories run all day. Moving them to a more rural area would settle the air pollution a little. Also having a less populated city.
