         <title>YOU and your Mental health matters most! </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We all go through problems and difficulties that cause us stress. That is why we should be mindful of our mental health to avoid depression and anxiety.<br>These are the ways to cope with Stress and Depression;<br>⚫Being Active<br>Exercising makes you feel good and can help your mental health. It will also help you sleep better, and get the rest you need.<br>⚫Surround yourself with Positive People<br>Surrounding yourself with friends, family and people who have a positive outlook will give you a greater sense of well-being. Avoid from those who bring negative vibes to you. Be with people you enjoy being with and who make you happy.<br>⚫Talk about your feelings/Write it down!<br>Keep communicating and interacting, and tell those you trust how you are feeling if you're going through tough times. Talking to other and seeking help early can be very helpful in reducing depression, anxiety and distress. But if you're uncomfortable with it, express yourself through writing.<br>⚫Find a hobby<br>Starting a new hobby is also a great way to be productive with your free time, or for you to meet like-minded people and expand your networks beyond your usual social circle.<br>⚫Practice Self-encouragement<br>Every person have their own struggles in life, so do not think that you are alone. Instead, encourage yourself to be stronger and bolder. Always remind yourself that nothing is impossible if you believe in it.<br>⚫Let Go all the worries and doubts<br>Worries and doubts will lose your self-confidence that may cause depression. Instead of worrying with the things you can't do or you can't have, try to turn your attention to something else that will entertain you.<br>⚫Strengthen your Faith<br>If you feel down and stressed come to Him. Don't forget that our God Almighty is watching us from above, pray to the Lord and he will listen. Don't lose hope, strengthen your faith instead.<br>⚫Keep Learning<br>To keep your mind both healthy and active learn a new sport, language, learn to play an instrument, read books, and take an active interest in feeding your brain with positive information.<br>⚫Be Compassionate<br>Compassion allows you to accept yourself, set healthy expectations, and trust yourself and the journey you're on.<br>⚫Appreciate yourself/Self-love<br>Don't compare yourself to others, always bear in mind that every person has its own unique beauty and personality. Appreciate and love yourself. Always strive to be better, to be healthier, and to be happier. The key for self-love is accepting yourself for who you are.<br><br></div>]]></description>
