My best friends have stuck with me through thick and thin since we've first met. I'd never be able to let go of people who not only keep me company however they can, but also remind me that simple hope in humanity can change both the world and myself for the better.

If I had to pick three things to keep they would be my headphones, black coffee with sugar(enough to keep a whole army awake at night) and my friendship bracelet/s.

The first two things keep me sane and are even better when everything else is going downhill. As for the friendship bracelet/s, they aren't just useless trinkets, but a constant warm presence which makes me feel less alone.

I look up to people who dedicate their platform to sharing their experiences and what they've learnt along the way. It is refreshing to see content creators be real, vulnerable and embrace authenticity instead of perfection. Yoyo or Ioana, the "Dear Journal Podcast" mediator, is a perfect example of this.

I feel most like myself when I dance because It makes me grow wings. Nothing can go wrong as long as you keep your head up, your confidence high and the music loud. Ironically and simultaneously, the world seems to go quiet.

When I was a child, I used to procrastinate starting and/or finishing my school work, so I'd always do it last minute. Needless to say It was not effective and incredibly frustrating, so I listened to my mom who pressured me not to wait until the deadline was right around the corner and I'll never go back. I have so much more free time to invest in other activities and It is great!
