I think we are starting to use and depend on technology too much, and using it too much. For example, in previous studies, teenagers aged 13-18 spend about 4.5 hours on their phone every day. I think kids and adults should have some limits on their screen time. I used to play outside all the time, until I got a phone, then I starting spending more and more time inside rather than outside, which is very unhealthy. So in conclusion, technology controls our lives in ways we know, and in ways we don't know, but overall, technology affects, and influences all of our lives unimaginably.
