Our vision focuses on a multi-disciplinary, project based education that emphasizes real world experiences and creativity that prepares ALL students to be successful in their post secondary endeavors.          <description><![CDATA[<div>-Our safe and effective learning environment can be implemented immediately, aligned with CDC guidelines, utilizing alternative scheduling methods to de-densify the physical space.<br><br>-Student-centered, flexible, personalized learning environment: Choice, Voice, Path, Place, and Pace.<br><br>-Transformed approach to teaching and learning.<br><br>-Culture of learning for both students and adults - collaborative teams, in-house PD, PLCs.<br><br>-Courses will not be limited to a certain grade but open to all based on students’ academic needs. <br><br>-Students may opt in to one or more “academies” to guide their academic focus. <br><br>-All students paired with an advisor/mentor for social-emotional support and academic guidance. <br><br>-Assessments will be primarily product and performance-based, across disciplines with authentic, community feedback from various industries. <br><br>-Students will have the opportunity to get involved with site-based internships and authentic job-related experiences.</div>]]></description>
