A song that is completely different than High Hopes is I Write Sins Not Tragedies.  The lyrics to I Write Sins Not Tragedies is a lot more darker than High Hopes lyrics.  Another difference is that the beat and instruments that are used is not the same.

The former members of Panic at The Disco are Jon Walker and Ryan Ross. Ryan Ross walked away from Panic at the Disco to form the band The Young Veins. Panic at the Disco currently is considered a one man band, with Brendon Urie, the vocalist, as it's only member.
As of now, there are no news on any new albums, with their last album being released in 2018.

Now, they each pursue their solo careers.
