Every Thursday night my team would have practice. During practice we would always practice our over hand serve. I could never get it over the net. I would get so mad every time i missed.I eventually wanted to quit the team because I did not think I would ever be able to serve the ball. My mom convinced me to calm down and keep trying. I took her advice and I was finally able to serve the ball over the net.
How does this relate to the theme? One day  while watching you tube I saw some people that were so much better at freestyle drawing than me. I did not think that I could ever be that good. I thought that I should just give up and find another hobby. I did not give up. I kept drawing and learning new techniques.  I entered one of my drawings into a contest and it was chosen by a you tuber and he complimented it in one of his videos. 
How does this relate to the theme?
I did not think I was a good artist so I felt like quitting. Instead I kept practicing and was rewarded for my art.
