The first step, sketch dress pattern. In this step, sketch the dress on paper with a pencil, then drape the dress.

The second, pattern the dress. draw the design on the pattern and cut it

The next step, cut the dress , lay out pattern pieces  and cut it out on a fabric. 

In the fourth step, sew dress. Matching up the the part and sew into a dress.

The fifth step deals with, correct dress. Correct the mistakes section and use a steam iron to iron the dress

The completed dress, the seam surely crease-resistant, non-creased dress.

To complete the dress, it takes about two days. The step of sewing the dress is the one that takes the most time, because this step need meticulous and careful.

- Step 1: I’ll start with a sketch. sketch the shirt on paper with a pencil. In this step, taken into consideration in sketch the design because it’s requires you to have an idea.

- Step 2: translate this sketch into a pattern and cut it out on a fabric. In this step, I need prepare pins, tailor’s chalk and scissors.

- Step 3: sew shirt,  Matching up the part and sew into a shirt.

- Step 4: correct shirt, use a steam iron to iron the shirt and complete

First, I sketch my design. I prepare pencil, paper, ruler and eraser. I use pencil and sketch my design on the paper

Second, I lay out pattern pieces. I arrange the pattern pieces on the fabric. Then I use tailor's chalk to print the pattern on the fabric.

 Third, I cut a sample garment. in this step: I remember to cut the shoulders extra wide to allow ease of movement. 

Next, I sew a prototype. It's the most important step because it helps me to test for fit, functionality, feedback and style in my base size.

 After that, I fit a garment on a model I have to fit until satisfaction. I fit this garment on a model before I make it any longer.

Then, I drape the design. 

Finally, I correct the pattern. this is step to fix mistakes to improve the garment.

The step takes I the most time complete is sketch design, around 1 days, because I have to take ideas to sketch. The most challenging step for I was pattern the design. Because in this step I have to draw the correct dimensions so that the design will be in the right shape and fit to the body measurements.

To sew a T-shirt, we need to many tools to sew a T-shirt such as: needle, thread, sewing machine, overlock machine… and the most important is fabric. I’d think use cotton or linen because they are soft, shiny and very comfortable to wear.

There are 7 steps to making a T- shirt.

First of all, we need to draft a preliminary pattern. In this step, we can make T-shirt designs that we like. The second step, we need to lay out pattern pieces. After that, cut a sample garment. In this step, should spread the fabric plat and balanced to cut the correct pattern. Fourth step, we will sew a prototype. It’s the important step because it helps us to test for fit, functionality, feedback and style in my base size. The next step, fit a garment on a model, we have to wait until we fit this T –shirt on a model before making it any longer. The next step, we will correct the pattern to fit our body measurements. Finally, we need to drape the design on a mannequin and complete a T-shirt.
