We have definitely been ahead of other districts in adopting and delivering tech skills. We are encouraged as a staff to reward positive behavior with HERO points, which is very positive for the entire school culture. Students can redeem their points for cool school merchandise. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe we have have made some progress in this focus area because our Edteam has helped teachers and students transition to the adaption of technology in our classrooms. <br><br>Some evidence/data that comes to mind to support my claim is that with the transition to distance learning there has been a smoother transaction.
