Paola by a cubist?

No, by a terribly non smooth deformation field :)

Tried to deform a Gaussian process model of the face. Alignment must have been wrong

I'm not really sure...

Reconstructing with a kernel that seems a little too wild. i think.

Femur Model deformations 1

2020-03-09 10:50:52 UTC

The dots are on the mean. The bone shaft has very non-smooth deformations. What could be causing this? Could it be my GP smoothing parameters? Perhaps rotational effects?

Femur Model deformations 2

2020-03-10 08:51:33 UTC

The dots are on the mean. The bone shaft is now smooth. Previously the model was built on only a small subset of deformations. This was built on the whole model instance!
