         <description><![CDATA[<p>In the 1800s and the 1920s, the only reason the state of the US changed was based solely on what you did for work. Not only that, but many working conditions were horrible, and owners of factories used kids for labor. No one had benefits or help from anywhere. People were getting low wages and also working 16 hours a day. If you were working and had a family the chances are the whole family worked with you to help keep everyone a float.</p>]]></description>
