There are 7 different types of trauma, every one of them is different but all develop from past events.75% of people report that they have been exposed to trauma. Difficult moments slowly after a while fade away, trauma on the other hand sticks with you by having flashbacks and messing with your every day life. Childhood trauma affects people the most but these people can recover with the right support. Even if the same trauma it affects people differently some might be mentally able to get over it, for others it can be a lot harder. Symptoms of trauma are nightmares, depression, anxiety and panic, insecurity, disbelief and other things. To get away from it its important to talk about your feelings and understand that reaction like that to tragic events is normal. Try to spend time with your close ones and give yourself time to heal because it needs time and all thought it may not be easy it is possible, just don't give up.

There are several different types of trauma all coming from different types of past experiences. Some you may have experienced yourself or they can be an experience you heard from someone else. There is a significant difference between trauma and a adverse life experience and this is that adverse life experiences are merely temporary but can draw your attention for a time unlike trauma where a bad experience can stick with you for life and in some ways make you behave differently. Finding ways to cope with trauma can be tough often times the best way to deal with this is to just talk to others about your experiences that give you trouble so you can just get it off your chest and maybe have that other person give you some help and suggestions on how to deal with those problems.

The word trauma is an emotional response to a deeply disturbing or distressing experience. They're are many different types of trauma but all have sort of the same meaning, all coming from different experiences. Tragedy is an event causing great suffering. Adversity means difficulties or misfortune. Similarities between these are that they all suffer from some sort of pain due to a traumatic event. Maybe some suffer less and some suffer more but they all create difficulties in someones life.
