Students thus find it difficult to relate with it.

However a historical narrative should help students make sense of it and learn to 'taste' it. Then perhaps deconstructing each 'advancement' in the history of Measurement would help students appreciate the need for the rules and procedures to represent what they have physically measured in a mathematical language that allows them to be communicated in a universally understood standard manner and also useful for further calculation and to make predictions.

Visually seeing how things happen and evolve at a microscopic level can possibly help them wonder and break down their observations.

For my sessions, I will first generate a healthy, nonjudgmental conversation about what they think of the initial image pegs that I will show, as it will induce a flow of ideas.
