         <title>Gifted learners are an extremely diverse group emotionally and intellectually.  Even though these kids share the same label, they are definitely  not the same.   As expected, their strengths are powerful and appreciated in the classroom. Over the years I&#39;ve been reminded time and time again that it&#39;s not easy being gifted. The more hands-on activities they can have and apply their knowledge the most beneficial will be for them. Gifted students enjoy exploring the new experiences  in their own way, they have their own way of learning and thinking. They need most of the time to be in constant movement and feel confortable in the environment to be able to keep developing their skill with freedom and following their own rules of learning without missing the learning goal. </div>]]></description>

The more interactive and engaging is the lesson the better for the GT Students and integrating those GT students as leaders or mentors of others so they can keep applying their knowledge. Some students will prefer to work on their own but explaining them the reasons in the correct way they will be able to get integrated to the lesson. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I was identified as a GT kid in the 90's and a lot of my friends were GT... I feel like (I hope) I can recognize GT students through the way they think about a process information. To me, it's an "outside of the box" approach to how they acquire information, and it varies from person to person. There may be a deep curiosity, or conversely an apathy toward a particular topic. They may come to their conclusions in a way totally different than the taught or prescribed way. </div>]]></description>
