European colonization moved from a handful of countries to total colonization when countries started looking to get colonies so them and their businesses could make money. Colonies usually had resources that imperialistic countries needed so they could make products. They had raw resources that would profit them more if they could get them directly, so they moved into these places to take the resources and help colonize the countries and spread their religion and ideas through them to gain total control and give them their teachings.

Mughals tried to fight over the power of India but lost the power to the British. India's colonization and focus was great because of the resources until the whites in India started to take advantage of the Indians and use their race as a sign of power and took advantage of their religion and started using pork grease on the bullets cartridges and using harsh racism on them which lead to a rebellion against the British. Overall, The Indians lost almost all power and the British took over almost everything. India was able to benefit from this because their transport systems were completed and they were able to reunite as a region. They modernized and became a more literary place. They were also able to stop local fighting between local groups. The bad part was that India was unable to hold political and economical powers which lost them money and reduced food production.

Asian Islands: The land of Southeast Asian were perfect for plant and crop growing so, British set up trade ports and others raced for lands to claim. The British and Dutch fought over the lands Both made Ports and crops that would benefit them the most. They were religious clashes, but the health improved and people migrated to find work on plantations. The US began to set up ports and acquire land on the pacific. The US promised the Philippines after defeating them in 1902 for them to prepare for self rule, and helped them build roads, railroads Hospitals and Schools. The US established sugar cane plantations that made 75% of their wealth. Later on the US added Hawaii to their lands, so they were able to profit more from the sugar produced there.

Africa

The complexity of Africans' political relationships among themselves, then, influenced the nature of their resistance to colonial rule. As they resisted European invasions, they confronted both European and African soldiers. That is, they confronted a political hierarchy imposed by Western Europeans that included African proxies. The power was European, but the face of it on the local level was often African. Despite these seeming contradictions, it remains insufficient to speak of African responses to the imposition of colonial rule as a choice between either collaboration or resistance. It was possible to resist colonial rule through collaboration with the colonizers in one instance and in the next to resist European authority. It was also possible to limit European political control through some form of collaboration with European generals or colonial administrators. This is all to suggest that Africans evaluated their circumstances, assessed possible actions and consequences, to make rational responses. Some form of resistance, moreover, remained constant during the period of formal European political dominance.
