2- On the pan pour 1 tablespoon of oil and put it on the stove and wait 1 minutes next put one slice of beef steak until the steak it cooked

3 -Now cut the onion in strips on a cutting board, add 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan and pour the onion. Next chop the garlic and put in it.

4- Chop the tomato and pepper serrano (to taste)and add this on the pan next mix them with the spatula. Pour ½ cup of water, cover and cooked for 10 minutes and serve in a bowl.
