On a scale of how much I enjoyed learning about the Boy by Roald Dahl, I would give it an 8. I really liked learning about the authors life, but I like adventure books more than reading about him growing up. Overall, it was a great book and I enjoyed reading it.

     
 This year in Ms.McClains class I improved in many subjects in English, including writing punctuation, close reading, and using vocabulary in daily life. Secondly, The most challenging part for me this year was finals. The best assignment i did this year was when we wrote the 5 paragraph essay. And in addition to that, my Favorite book I read this year was the Giver, because it tells you about how places around the world can be different than your own life. Lastly, my favorite place in the school is Ms.McClains room because her class it’s not just learning 24/7 we get to interact with are classmates and do projects/assignments with them. This year in Ms.McClains class I learned a lot  of new and interest stuff, but the best things I remember is learning about utopias and writing essays. 

The most challenging part of this year had to be tests on the book, and Final Exams. The reason the tests on books, and Final Exams were hard for me was because I had to remember many things. Therefore I put much effort into studying so I wouldn’t forget as much when I was taking the test on the book and Final Exams.

Three areas I have improved this year were writing, vocabulary in daily language, and public speaking. In writing I learned how to add more detail using vocabulary. My public speaking improved ever since I visited the elderly, I had a great time. Coming to the end of the school year I use vocabulary in my writing and speaking everyday now. This year at Palma was one of the greatest school years I ever had.

My favorite book is Roald Dahl boy tales of childhood, because it has stories about his life in a interesting way.
2. Some things I have improved in this year are confidence, discussion, and self positive talk.

My favorite place in the classroom is the right back corner because the windows are there and I like looking outside of them. During tests I listen to the birds chirp and see the blue sky. I sometimes see people passing by. Those are two things like about Ms McClain’s class and why.

What’s the best piece of work/project/assignment you’ve done this year? Blake and I made a Kim Jong-un choose your own adventure book on google slides.

Where is your favorite place in our classroom (or school)? Why? The cafeteria because it is where I spend an hour a day hanging out and eating with friends.

2: 3 things I have learned are  how to write an essay I have learned how to read correctly and have learned to use proper grammar.
