It is important to consider and measure this social value from the perspective of those affected by an organisation’s work.<br><br>Example : honesty, individual rights, freedom, equality Social Norms: social norms are the rules for how people should act in a given group or society<br><br>Social norms: social norms are the rules for how people should act in a given group or society<br><br>Example: covering your mouth when coughing, bow when you greeting someone, or not staring at people <br><br>Social Institutions: A social institution is an interrelated system of social roles and social norms, organized around the satisfaction of an important social need or social function. Social Institutions are organized patterns of beliefs and behaviour that are centered on basic social needs.<br><br>Example: The United States is a society that encompasses many cultures. Social institutions are mechanisms or patterns of social order focused on meeting social needs, such as government, economy, education, family, healthcare, and religion.<br><br></div>]]></description>

They are shy to make physical contact, the way they show their love to each other, the places they choose to have dating. Two people cannot go to each other's rooms until they are married. There are so many places to go for dating these days. People are no longer shy for physical contact.&nbsp;</div><div>the expression of love is different. In the past people will not hug on street or post on social medias like IG but now people like sharing their love in social medias like twitter, WeChat, facebook etc.&nbsp;<br><br>Two people can live together until they get married.<br><br>They used to have feudal ideas.
