The importance of listening helps us understand the situation or perspective in a person's way of viewing things. it can also be important to make sure little to no error will be caused or done. A few situations of this was like the instructions given through the activities, cutting and positioning became a little complicated and confused so it becomes harder to understand what the true outcome is meant to be

Each quadrant shows a part of myself, either what i show, how i feel, or how others feel about me.
I feel like my darker self is something that can be both positive and negative depending on which aspect of it i look for
I learned how people saw me and what the difference between the two is
the window teaches us about each part of ourselves, both on the outside and the inside.

This activity was actually very interesting. I didn’t really think that it would leave an impression on me so here is what I learned. Firstly, each quadrant had words (adjectives) all describing who I am and when I listed what I thought of myself it wasn’t so far off as I thought. The first quadrant included words my classmates see me as and most of them are strongly related with responsibility and diligence. The second quadrant had words from close friends which spoke of my personality and tendencies. The fourth quadrant contains all the words that weren’t said by anyone. Lastly the third quadrant only had three words “logical, self-assertive and religious” those three are the only words that resonated with me. With all honesty, my classmates do really know me and its just my friends know me better. Regarding the dark quadrant, there are some good aspects I do want to develop in like being more patient and loving. But its just that some adjectives in the list didn’t resonate with me. I didn’t really see things on the list that shocked me because some are just “appearances and what they think” its just how I act in-front of them and i expected those answers. This whole Johari window helps me figure out where I can try harder and add more of what others don't see in me yet. The window helps improve relationships between people by increasing understanding in one another.

Introduction Air pollution is a serious problem affecting people's health and the environment worldwide. Some argue for stricter laws to reduce air pollution, while others worry that such laws could negatively impact businesses and the economy.
Perspective 1 On the one hand, stricter laws can reduce the harmful effects of air pollution. For example, if factories and power plants adhere to cleaner standards, the amount of harmful substances in the air will decrease. Furthermore, fewer people may suffer from asthma and other respiratory diseases. Consequently, fewer people may need to go to the hospital.
Perspective 2 On the other hand, strict environmental laws can be a burden on businesses. Factories must purchase equipment to reduce pollution, which can be costly. As a result, some companies may close or even cut jobs. Furthermore, some argue that economic growth should be achieved first, followed by environmental issues
Conclusion In conclusion, while there are differing opinions on air pollution, people's health and safety must be the top priority. While businesses may face difficulties, breathing clean air benefits everyone in the long run.
