Adding onto that, we also were presented the location of Rome.
     We also talked about how the Antonin Plague caused many things in Rome to change. The leaders fled, and the economy was left in shambles.
     There were also many bizarre things that happened in the medical industry in Rome. People survived getting leached, and having things drilled into their skulls to ease pain, plus a lot more.
     Rome also was a bit of a neutral force between their neighboring countries during war.
     One person we learned about was named Galen. Galen was a Greek, but when came to Rome, he was called a True Roman (?). Galen was also a philosopher and had a big influence on medical theory.
