Well, if a teacher knows what you're good at and what you find difficult, they can help you much better. They won't teach you things you already know, and they can focus on the things you really need help with. This makes learning much easier and more enjoyable for everyone; teachers also use different methods to "diagnose." Sometimes, they simply ask questions in class or observe how students work. Other times, they might give a small test before starting a new topic. There are also more formal tests, especially for things like reading or math, to see exactly where a student needs help. Finally, when the teachers use diagnosis, it helps them teach better, and it helps students learn faster. It can also make students feel more confident because they're learning at the right level for them. It's all about making sure every student gets the support they need to succeed.

I believe that the diagnostic assessment is really helpful because it shows the teacher what we already know and what we still need to learn. It is like a start a point that helps the teacher and us. I think it also helps us to feel more confident, because we can see our strengths and focus on the areas where we need more practice
