Success is never handed to you. Booker T. Washington once stated, "Nothing ever comes to one, that is worth having, except as a result of hard work". This means that you have to but in hard work, commitment, time, and dedication if you want to succeed. The women gymnastic team did not just show up and won a gold medal, they had to work hard each and everyday. Some of them are still in school so they have to leave school, friends, and family, but it all payed off when they won gold.
