KARAOKE

Same as instrumental, karaoke can be seen as anything. So again there is no particular instruments native to this genre. Unless if you count microphones as an instrument. Some well known softwares to do Karaoke is KaraFun, Siglos Karaoke Professional, and Kanto Karaoke. Karaoke can be practiced in a studio, your room, and social events.

This genre represents more about my heritage than my identity. Although at every party my family would always include karaoke. Other than myself, my family is very passionate about singing. Karaoke is related to my heritage because it was created by a Filipino inventor. There isn't much detail, but it somehow makes me proud of who I am.

You should use karaoke as an instrumental. Without any background singing. If there was the original singer singing in the background it wouldn't be considered representative to karaoke. It would be seen as if you were singing along. There are some debates regarding whether karaoke was created by a Filipino or Japanese person. It's all about who has made it first or which would be better to use.

- Here is a Filipino song that my cousins love to sing -

DISNEY

It's most likely that modern instruments wouldn't be used in Disney music. Such as EDM, electro, synthesizers, or anything along those lines. I think in most Disney songs they would include violins, flutes, guitars and pianos, but not all Disney songs are the same. Some well known songs created by Disney are Hakuna Matata in the Lion King, How Far I'll Go in Moana, and A Whole New World in Aladdin. I believe Disney music would be practiced on a studio where they record the song for a movie or performed on a stage.

We all know Disney what Disney movies are. Of course I've went through the phase of every 7 year old and sang the lyrics Let It Go till my parents ears bled. Even to this day I would listen to When Will My Life begin in the movie Rapunzel as I do my chores.

I think it's common for people to think Disney songs should be classical or elegant and sang by only Disney princesses for it to be 'authentic'. From what I see, there isn't much rock or any heavy and impowering music in this genre. It's no surprise that there will be controversy surrounding Disney music. Especially when it comes to more cultural matters. It's either too inaccurate or insulting others culture.

- This is my 14 year old version of Let It Go now -

INSTRUMENTAL

Basically any instrument can be used in this genre. Some artists I've listened to that involves instrumental music are Lofi Girl, and Snail House. This type of music isn't practiced anywhere particular. So it could be possibly anything.

Personally I love instrumental music. When studying listening to music helps me focus, unless the song has lyrics. Music that involves somebody singing, it's hard to explain but their words and my thoughts in my head merges together and it's all a mess. On the other hand instrumental music gives a comforting atmosphere without getting distracted or the space being to quiet. So I often listen to it while studying or doing work.

Some performances related to this genre are meditation, studying, and reading. Any mechanical instrumental is highly forbidden while worship, but singing is proved authorized.
There isn't any arguments about what is representative of this topic because instrumental is such a flexible music genre.

- Here is my favorite playlist I would usually listen to -
