         <description><![CDATA[<div> |  | <strong>Tim Burness-Lee</strong> <figure class="attachment attachment-preview"><img width="433" height="325"><figcaption class="caption"></figcaption></figure>Sir Timothy John Berners-Lee, born 8 June 1955, is an English computer scientist, best known as the inventor of the World Wide Web. He made a proposal for an information management system in March 1989, and he implemented the first successful communication between a Hypertext Transfer Protocol client and server via the Internet sometime around mid-November of that same year. He received a knighthood in 2004 from Queen Elizabeth II. Tim Berners-Lee was one of Time Magazine’s ‘100 Most Important People of the 20th Century’. Tim was a train fanatic and was a keen trainspotter when he was a child and he enjoyed playing with model railways. </div><div><br><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
