A - There is no budget which means all members will pay for their own way. All members need to be included in in the selection process in order for the T-Shirt to be purchased. 
R - This needs to occur so we have merchandise to take away from the operation. Intangibles. 
T - I have 4 weeks for this to occur. This is enough time before we deploy.

S: To complete all staff reinductions for the new year, starting July 1st 2019.

M: Evaluate how many are required to be completed before July 1st and how many need to be completed each week to come in on time. 

A: Check in with team leaders to find the best time for these re inductions to take place, so that drivers are not held up, while sticking to the time line. 

R: This needs to occur so that the company is meeting its legal requirements ensuring all staff have up to date licences etc.
