-Leading by example and fostering a collaborative partnership allows for a work environment where people feel they belong and will not be scared to make mistakes

-Productivity will soar and timelines will be able to continue to be met when leaders value and reward work

-Proper leadership reduces burnout within the organization

-Connects to delegation (will touch on below)

-No project is ever going to go to plan

-People are going to leave the company, investors may back out last second, equipment might break

-Being able to handle these curveballs and maintain a stoic and calm demeanor is imperative

-Also having influenced these individuals to have confidence in their work and feel comfortable will help to naturally create productive and positive results
