If we can train workers, having the capacity that each one has, teaching them what the company needs, and over time they can develop better and learn more than necessary.

In the companies he acquires very hard-working and honest people in his work, who can respect their bosses and their co-workers who can have an appropriate conduct within the company.

According to historians the word ethics comes from the intimate relationship with morality so much that both terms are frequently confused.

Ethics, as a branch of philosophy, is regarded as a normative science, because it deals with the norms of human behavior, and to distinguish itself from the formal sciences, such as mathematics and logic, and from the empirical sciences, such as chemistry and physics. The empirical social sciences, however, including psychology, collide at some points with the interests of ethics since both study social behavior.

I think not, because the workers are not from the companies, they also have rights, but unfortunately many people have to put up with mistreatment due to necessity and lack of employment. Since we live in a developing country, then we do not have the necessary employment opportunities, which makes us fall into labor exploitation, working all day with a mediocre salary and without benefits.

Every day the number of unemployed people increases since currently people without experience are not given work, and we fall back to the same thing working in a place where they do not pay us well and where we receive mistreatment, because some people think that because they pay us a salary they have the right to treat us badly.

In conclusion, we all reach the mutual agreement that we are against labor exploitation.
