It was change our behaviors and practices. "Social learning theory, which has also been applied in the study of media violence, suggests that when individuals see a behavior portrayed in a positive way, they have a tendency to imitate and adopt it" (Community, Media and Technology 8). If we are around people or social media for so long we begin to become like them and our personality begins to change. Technology plays a part in health is well. The textbook says, "Cultivation theory suggests a slightly different explanation, that what individuals see on television supersedes their own perceptions of the real world around them"(Community, Media and Technology 8).  Technology leads to advertisements and those make us think of the world in a different place.

This caused her me be self-conscience about herself. She started to change just to please others rather than herself. Overall, the outcome was negative because she was changing in a bad way. She tried to hard to change herself she began to forget the old her.
