Matching process not aligned across companies. I find it hard to manage when contacted directly, unsure of the “rules” in place.

Team was fabulous, bosses were really nice, had an amazing time. Made many friends.

Transition back to parent agency was smooth. I just returned to my current team and restructured the team to meet the 2025 direction and needs.

My HR reminded me gently that I will be going back to my current role (in my agency) before I went for attachment and 2 days before my attachment ends. Was kept connected with them throughout =)

Dynamics was good, they have a very direct culture.

Projects were quite fluid. Sometimes hard to enter work that aligns to interest.

Role assignment back at agency was smooth.

Otherwise, the nature of the role may be to be able to adapt the fast changing and fluid nature of work. While there wasn't clarity or directed learning per se, having interactions with team mates, being proactive in asking questions and being able to participate and observe the organic exchanges allowed me to learn how 'creatives' work

Transition back was ok as I kept in touch with my parent agency frequently
