do you like the book or not  i  like the book because it is fun and heroic.
short summary  
jack suluvain was going to school then a monster brake loose and that how the monster apocalypse happen.So from that they on jack sullivan  needs survive the monster apocalypse.So it been forty-two days since apocalypse hit town pretty much everyone ran away or got zombified .Average thirteen year old jack sullivan 
is holed up in his tree house,which is armed to the with catapult's and a moat, not 
to mention video  games and an endless supply of oreos and mountaindew  sca-
venged  from abandon stores.But jack alone and no match for the hoarders of  dozers and winged  wretches and zombies, and  especially  not the eerily intelligent gargantuan menace known only blarg .Jack needs to build a team of whatever kids  he can find, whichever monster will show him loyalty. With there help jack is going to slay blarg,proove himself the utimate  post  apocallyptic  action hero ,and be average no longer can he do it
