"Don't give in to fear, fear holds us back more than anything else in the world," or "The fear to fail or the fear of speech. Don't let fear define you, confront your fear. " I think all these quotes really made me believe that fear is the thing that's holding us back. I learned that if you confront fear it has less power over you. Hard work is everything, but in order to succeed you must fail. After you fail, you will figure in how not to fail. Part of growing up is making mistakes.
