With my family we were going to our club but minutes later we decided to go to a restaurant. In the restaurant a dirty person showed us our seat. Later on a lady shouted in my ear asking what we were going to eat. I ordered a lemonade 1 hour later the lemonade arrived it was really hot. When I was going to drink I a bit I saw a black thing it what kind of big, when I got see it i realize it was a bug. I order a refund but they didn’t gave it to me. It was horrible. It was Sunday and my family had no plans, so we went to the new restaurant in front of our house. When we got to the restaurant the door was super dirty, bulging and there was no one to welcome us. The chairs were old, very old, and the table could barely stand. A very dirty, very disorganized lady came towards the tabel and shouted at us "what cha gona eat!!".
Because the restaurant was new, and there were few options to eat, and because I was hungry I rushed through all of them. While we wated for the food we saw in the kitchen a man cleaning the floor, and then he used the same thing to take the ice for the juice! About an hour later the dirty lady brought us some roten sanwiches with juice, (I hope it´s not that juice we saw). After that we desided to go out of the restaurant and eat at home.

I researched a lot in restaurants  and found meats and cards, where supposedly 
was a fun and great environment. 
But NO i had the worst time, first of all I reserved a table by the window we're the view supposedly was to time square, but NO I did got my window table but it was a total lie that it had view to time square, the view was horrendous, i got to “appreciate” a man peeing in the middle of the street, but that wasn't the worst part of it, when i order my main course i found a ball of hair in a piece of meat, so normally you would return and ask for a new one, so off course i did that but i decided to put lots of salt in the food to assure they would change it, when i got my “new” food back, i come to notice that they just took out the ball of hair and return the plate, who does that is disgusting.  At every cost evoke that restaurant!

Last night I was walking in a deserted zone as a hotel reviewer in Bogota and decided to stay in this hotel called Las Nubes and this was my experience:
At the entrance of the hotel we can find an unpleasantly dirty space in which instantly the bell captain caught my attention, not because he was being a gentleman, but because it was clear that he was on his fifth dream. Now inside the hotel the smell was if the place hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The chairs in the lobby were colourless and did not have a single piece of decent cloth. Once I got the keys to my room I had to go through a small and tight hall in which I eventually got to my room. The door of the room was made of rusty old wood which now was scraped and made it look like a cat had scratched it . Once you enter the room you could easily notice a large window in which you could see  the hotel’s garden. The garden was so bad maintained it made it look like a boneyard. The room had dirty blankets, there were plenty of unpleasant cracks on the wall , also the bathroom’s shower 
was full of ugly black hairs which were not removed from previous guests. The hotel could easily be considered as one of the worst and ugliest places i’ve stayed in.

After that she had a really angry face looking forward me which make me uncomfortable. She finally got my order, and when y got it the hamburger was cold and not in good state it was horrible looking and gross looking at it. Pleas don’t ever go to that place again.

When they finally give me a table it's nasty, it has sauce from the last person that sat there, it has drawings of kids that drew there and the fork and knife were used. So after they changed all the tables with me being sat down there I made my order, I asked very nicely and the waiter said “it's that it” and I responded “yes that's it” then he looked at me with a horrible face just because I didn't order enough. While I was sitting there the TV was so loud I couldn't even listen to the music, while i'm trying to have a nice calm dinner I had a soccer announcer screaming in my ear. Lastly the food arrived and when it did it was cold and the mass felt like plastic, the sauce was also cold and it didn't taste well. Overall it was a disgrace. I don't recommend it at all.

I arrived at the restaurant at about  6pm, I made the line and ordered about 6:30 pm because there was only 1 lady in the cashier. Then I sat down and waited for about an hour until my hamburger was ready . I went for my hamburguer and  it was cold. I told the lady  my hamburger was cold but she didn't pay attention to me. I sat down again and I asked about 30 people in the restaurant if their meal was cold too ,  they all said yes.      

After I ate my cold hamburger I wanted  dessert . I wanted vanilla ice cream .  And I waited about 20 minutes for the ice cream. Then I ate my  ice cream and when i was on my way out I saw 2 rats near the garbage and I ran out as fast as I could. I don’t recommend anyone to go there,  there is no igiene , no workers and apparently no stove either .

 I went to this restaurant for the first time in my life a week ago and it was the most horrible  experience  that I had in my life in a fast food restaurant. First of all when we came to order the food there wasn’t any order at all in the lines and my friend and I had to search the way so we could order our food. After we picked our food we went to sit in a table and it was the most disgusting thing I have seen in any restaurant. The table had like 6 bubble gums underneath and also it had mayonnaise all over the table with Potato’s. The food at the beginning it tasted good but after while we both of us started felling sick and we had to go straight to the bathroom. Also she sneez on it, I wanted to throwup, I wasnt gonna eat that. I wanted to change it but they didnt let me I tried it a little bit. The food was not only cold its meat was awful it was hard I almost couldnt bite it.This is the worst restaurant ive been on. My friend and I we’re starving since we hadn’t been able to have lunch so we decided to stop by a restaurant that was called THE WAVE. We had to wait for about an hour to get an order taken.  This was when a very rude lady came to take our orders and we told her we wanted shrimp tacos and she told us it was a terrible choice. Obviously we were offended and asked to talk to the manager,the woman who had taken our orders was called Rosa and apparently she was the “manager”. I mean what kind of person could choose Rosa as the main manager . It is offensive for society to have people like her in charge!

Even though we had been treated horribly we waited patiently considering we had already waited for an hour just to get our order taken. 2 hours had passed and the food arrived… our “food” looked so gross we would not eat any of it.It was outrageous.we asked for a refund  and the lady ignored us. I mean is she blind!?

We asked another lady to give us the refund but it took some time to get to us.
While we were waiting we noticed some sort of small animal crawling around the restaurant. We were very grossed out because he thought it was a mole but we kept paying attention to see what it was. IT WAS A DIRTY RAT!!! What kind of restaurant is home to a rat ?We left immediately.
I would never go back even if we were paid to go

We found a "fancy" hotel called Hotel Bogota 100, it was quite expensive but it seemed amazing. They claimed to have a giant brunch buffet,  indoor pool, private suites etc... They also had a four and a half star rating, so we decided to book a Suite for the three of us. We were expecting our stay to be relaxing and luxurious, but it was nothing of the sort. When we got to the lobby it was small and dim (nothing like the pictures online), and it smelled like dead animals. The receptionist who checked us in was very rude, so was the man who was supposed to help us with our bags but instead just threw them in the elevator. Even though that was a bad experience we were still expecting to have a nice and relaxing evening in our suite. But when we got upstairs and went in our room it looked nothing like the pictures and was extremely dirty. We were disgusted but we had nowhere else to stay so we decided to go to sleep and leave early in the morning. But as we were getting ready to sleep a family of five came into our room and told us that it was their room too and they wanted the big bed. My friends and I were shocked so we went down to the lobby and informed the receptionist about what was going on. She said that they ran out of rooms so we were going to have to share or switch rooms. We told her that we would switch rooms but our other room was extremely small, dirty and only had one little bed. But we knew that we couldn't do anything so we just slept there and left as soon as we could. We were In trip around the us, it was a Friday night and it was already late. We searched up nearby restaurants and the only ne that was open at that time was McDonald’s. As soon as we entered the employees gave us a glare and started whispering. We ordered 3 Big Macs with 3 diet sodas and French fries. When we were going to pay they told us we couldn’t use card since It was already late and they didn’t want to work more. We paid n cash as they asked and sat down to wait for our order to come. As soon as it came we realized that had changed the order for  completely different things. When we claimed that our order wasn’t right they told us to suck it up since they didn’t have ANYTHING from our order. The food smelt rotten and we weren’t able to eat it.
