This course is a combination of language learning, cross-cultural knowledge, and social awareness in the global professional context. It deals with ways to think locally and work globally in virtual teams. It is essentially built on virtual partnerships between Law and Business students of the Catholic University of Valencia, the Virtual University of Tunis, the Odessa National Mechnikov University and the ISSBS in Slovenia

Course Learning Objectives:

By the end of the course, students will be able to:

• talk about change in their own culture and partner’s culture

• solve certain problems that affect both communities

• prepare and present a project for their communities’ welfare

• develop their critical thinking

• collaborate in virtual teams

• develop their intercultural communicative competence

During the first week, you are called to introduce yourselves and share your feelings and expectations with each other. We will have our first synchronous session on Tuesday november 5th.

This session will be divided in two parts, 

1st part will be a general meeting where we will introduce you to the project 

 2nd part you will have team meetings where you will meet you teammates.

The second synchronous meeting will be on Thursday November 7th. During this session you have to brainstorm ideas about the project and develop a plan to work on.
