Our group with 5 members, working on a project of "Launching Modernized Interface for IOS 26", deadline due in next coming 5 weeks. We completed last 25 weeks with brainstorming sections, drafting functions and features, preparation of graphic interface and demonstration of every possible expected and unexpected outcomes. We just completed scanning technical errors in this week and found out more than 50 flaws. We handled them in this week, worked with networking and AI departments. We have just contacted with top-tired team for approval. But we haven't done with launching ideas yet, waiting for Marketing team advice. In the next 3 weeks, we are going to finalize this project.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS
Our project “Health and wellness for senior citizens” aims to enhance the health and well beings of senior citizens in our community. We have a total of 25 members in our team, each assigned with their respective duties. Last month, we travelled to 4 cities and visited local nursing home. We educated the elders why they need to stay healthy and we also taught them how to exercise. Whenever we encountered homeless elder people, we gave them nutritious foods, health drinks and medicines. For our project, all lives matter regardless of their actions. We even went to local prisons and asked for any elders in need of health. So far, we have treated about 150 elders and have visited 27 nursing homes. We have gained a lot of positive feedbacks from locals. We have estimated that we will treat around 500 elders in future. However, we have experienced a lot of delays because of the shortage of supplements like foods, waters and medicines, but we have found some suppliers who sponsored us. And by next month, we will move to another city for more patients.

U.S export progress

Our project is expected to export approximately 20 tons to the US within two months under determined terms which include budget and duration. We launched that project last month and received nearly 15 tons of raw materials. So far, we have already made crucial process for that product. However, the rest of goods are still pending because of civil war. Highways were blocked by government. Although inconvenience of transportation by car we have not given up and we have already tried to negotiate with the shipping line. Fortunately, they contacted us yesterday and got an agreement with them. So, we will proceed as soon as possible once the shipping arrangements are finalized. I am sure we are going to meet the deadline and I will keep you posted daily.

Launching a new supermarket branch project progress update

Our project aims to launch a new branch of City Mart in Nay Pyi Taw to expand market reach. Last 6 months, we completed site selection, government permits, market analysis, interior design, and basic setup to demonstrate. Our team has already recruited and trained the employees. Besides, we have set up IT systems like POS and completed inventory stocks since last month. Nevertheless, some delays occurred due to supply chain disruptions caused by exchange rates and the current political situation. Fortunately, we found the alternative suppliers and have already solved this problem. A soft opening is scheduled within the next month, so we are on track to acknowledge the public with marketing on social media for the grand opening.

The name of our project is Selling Franchise. The aim of this project is to grow the business without directly involving ourselves in daily operations. We have already started this project for around two months. Last month, we completed the basic framework, assigning responsibilities to each department. Each department presented what they need to do and what they should prepare. This month, we have focused on the production department. We haven’t finished everything yet, but we have already started preparing the necessary documents for the production process. We have also begun discussing product standards and packaging ideas to ensure consistency.

I work as a project manager in Adar, a cosmetics company. Currently, I am responsible for the 10th anniversary dinner banquet. The main purpose of our project is to celebrate our achievements over the past decade. At the same time, we will deliver new products to the market. Last month we finished venue booking and decided on the menu. Moreover, we finalized the preparation of the new products. Up to now, we have decorated the hall and made an invitation list. However, our budget is limited and the costs are high, so we need to cut non-essential items. After this, we will start a rehearsal in two days.

Our project "Solar Power Bank by OEM" aims to introduce sustainable and eco-friendly goods.Last Month, we started manufacturing process of goods in Yangon, Myanmar. There were two types of SPB( Solar Power Bank), first one is 20000mah and second one is 30000mah. We named it "SOLIK" for 20000mah and "SOLIK+" for 30000mah. We agreed with the Plant for Manufacturing process was 45days but due to some raw materials issue, we had to wait for another 15 days. So that we will distribute in next month of first week. As we discussed about project period, first two months for manufacturing time mostly, second two months for distribution time and last two months waited for results its ongoing process. We have aready announced in market both B2B and B2C. Our challenging is difficult to distribute in conflict area of Myanmar. Some territories of upper myanmar are occurring civil war and conflict zone. By understanding of the situation, we need to target save and peace territories of other states and places. By using our strength, where do not get enough electricity, urban and rural area are most potential market of our goods. And one of the other solution is advertising in Social Media channel such as Facebook and Tiktok. The last ambition is every mobile phone user must have our "SOLIK" brand in hand.

Stay Fit Gym, Celebration of International Day of Yoga

I work as a marketing manager at Stay Fit Gym, and we are going to celebrate the International Day of Yoga at our studio on June 21. On that day, anyone can participate in the special event for free, but participation is limited to a first-come, first-served basis. We are only accepting 30 participants. This time, I have been assigned as the project manager, and I am responsible for delegating tasks to my colleagues. Moreover, I have to report updates to my supervisor on our team’s progress. We have already contacted the yoga instructor, and she has confirmed that she will lead the event. We also posted about the event on our social media page and collected data on potential participants. We have arranged 30 yoga mats for all participants and prepared a generator in case of a power outage. We are ready for the upcoming event and have not faced any challenges so far.

Our project is to importing luxury car to USA within 2 year.Everyone might ever heard of our company which is call "Toyota".Back in 1989 since the ceo of the company order me to expand the company's profit & reputation to the most economically country "USA". But a car that we produced can't import to usa because of U.S. regulation (safety and emissions stuff ). And we can't really wait for 25years to get approve by a country. So we begin to figure it out what can we possibility do in the situation.Finally we manage to operate a company rename as "Lexus" , There's also a reason for that . "lexus " directly mean that "Luxury car to usa".

In that time we only left around a year.After rebranding a company we start to produce a car that actually obe a constitution of the federal laws.We also designed for especially their country's road, safety laws , emissions.For a buyer we delivered quiet , reliable , luxurious & affordable price.we test drive our car and it run pretty well! We also faced tax issue , that's a little bit higher than we expected.For that reason i asked a financial for another $60m .In that time we faced a huge problem. A weather !! we need aleast 2 week to reach L.A from Tokyo meanwhile we only left 3 week.So we make another meeting , decided that we're going to be deliver with air cargo.Although it might jump out of the budget.But we can't deny a deadline.Our cars firstly reach to a big major city like Miami , NY , L.A , etc.We also paid alot for advertisement.Finally our 2 years project has been completed!!

The goal of the project is to host a series of educational webinars and seminars for teenagers to pursue their further education or career pathways after the tertiary school. Last month, we finalized the topics, recruited four guest speakers, and launched and promoted campaigns not only online but also physically using pamphlets. However, registration form is only available online. It opened previous week, with over 100 submits.

So far, we have prepared designs for presentation and provided additional and further information on the subject matters. The electronic gadgets and devices have also been examined in order to avoid unnecessary delay. Yet we have encountered lower engagement from target audience. To resolve this, we ensured our marketing strategies to efficiently persuade certain targets, introspecting what things went wrong.

Next, we will complete event schedules and send final reminder to registered attendees. We will also do rehearsal once before execution. The webinar will be hold on August 5th.

Project Progress Update – 2025 UltraLand Festival

As the project manager, just wanted to give you a quick update on the 2025 UltraLand Festival, which is just three weeks away! We’ve been diving into the planning and execution for the past three months and are now halfway through the project. This festival is going to be one of the biggest electronic dance music events in Yangon, featuring both international and local talent, boosting tourism, and creating an unforgettable experience for everyone who comes.

The event will be held at The One Entertainment Park, featuring an incredible lineup of artists such as Yellow Claw, Skrillex, Charlotte de Witte, KSHMR, Krewella, Illenium B2B Said The Sky, and Gryffin B2B SLANDER. The stage layout and lighting were all set, and we signed contracts with food and merchandise vendors last month. We have also been managing sponsorships and working with city officials to get permits and ensure safety. Our marketing efforts are going strong, especially on TikTok and Instagram.

We did hit a snag with Charlotte de Witte’s European tour, but we fixed it by moving her to the opening night. We’ve also improved transportation by setting up shuttle services from key city spots. Right now, we’re wrapping up volunteer recruitment and sorting out artist hospitality. In the coming weeks, we’ll begin on-site setup, complete rehearsals, and increase promotions to enhance ticket sales. Everything’s on track, and we’re excited to deliver a successful event!

The project name called “love yourself” has amained to produce the medicinal beauty products. In this series we will produce some skin care products that heal you from some side effects of using wrong products. The day before, we got some feedbacks from our beta testers that the products are safe to use and we got the permission to produce these stuffs from the Personal Care Products Council (PCPC) and also form the FDA. Unfortunately, there is still the lack of resources to produce. We are finding the way to solve this situation. Right now, we are waiting a reply from the suppliers to have a partnership with us. Maybe next week the situation will be settled back to normal.

Negotiation with the official departments regarding permits for building structural designs finished. More than 80% of the whole project has been completed. However, we have faced a few barriers due to heavy rainfall, resulting increased costs, which impacted the initial decision to stay within the budget. To solve the problem, an immediate meeting has been held between investors and the finance team to create a revised budget plan.

The next phase will focus on installing safety and utility infrastructure in the completed areas.

Our project is GreenBox Packaging. It helps reduce waste. Last month, we completed the research and design. We created the plan and selected the initial ideas. We have tried two different materials and have spoken to a few suppliers. We've heard from them, too. One issue was a delay because one of its suppliers ran short on a material. But we have found a new one. Then, we will actually start producing the product next week.

We are halfway through developing our new snack, "Oishi Crunch Bites", aimed at young consumers with unique flavors and eye-catching packaging.We completed market research, product formulation and successful taste tests. Packaging design and supplier agreements were also finalized.We have been testing small-scale production and have started preparing marketing content for launch campaigns.We faced delays in sourcing key ingredients. This was resolved by partnering with local supplier, helping us stay on schedule. Feedback from test groups also led us to reduce sodium levels slightly.By next month, we will begin mass production and launch our pre-release campaign on social media.

Project" new physical light novel book 'Jikoku Gakuen e Youkoso! publication" progress report

This new book publishing project led by Mrs. Casandra aims to catch the attention of the young adult readers as the supernatural , fantasy and isekai genre catch on recently among adolescent readers. Words count for this book is 40,000 to 47,000 words which is around 270 pages including the characters introduction and landscape illustration pages. Stating from the 1st week of the project, we've contacted the two mangaka for the illustrations. The author has already submitted the manuscript to us and we are now working on the editing process. We hold a meeting with client about the physical book design and dimensions on 2nd week of the project. Initially, we scheduled to confirm the inter and exterior designs of the book by the end of week 3 but we fell behind the schedule because of the difficulties and delay in productions of the medium. Even though we've managed to catch up, we are still struggling to be back on track in printing process. In recent report, I've been informed that we barely managed to stay within budget in merchandising. No matter how many obstacles awaiting for us in this project, we will try our hardest to be able to submit repots with excellent progress.

Our project, ‘Rhode Beauty Product Launch,’ aims to introduce Rhode’s new Peptide Lip Treatment. Last month, we finished product development and completed the packaging design. So far, we have tested the product with users and received great feedback about its moisturizing effect. The marketing team has worked hard to prepare creative content and connected with popular influencers. We faced a small delay because of packaging supply issues, but we quickly found a new supplier and fixed the problem. The sales team has been trained well to explain the benefits clearly. By next week, we will launch the marketing campaign and get ready for the official release. Our next steps include mass production and expanding the product to major stores.

Schnell Coffee Website Redesign

We started the schnell coffee distribution website on last month in order to create better user experience, update the visual design and add the mobile responsive feature. We completed the analysis for competitor, redesigned the homepage layout and finalized the color scheme.

Then, we have developed the new homepage and product pages with some programming languages, and we have also added the payment Options like COD and with E-wallet. The admin panel which will be convenient for admin especially in managing Customer Data, has been built and has passed the testing.

One of the challenges we faced was incomplete user interface problem due to compatibility issues. Our team tried to identify the issue and we found out the vulnerability early and resolved it by adjusting CSS and testing via various browsers.

Next, we plan to make the page loading speed faster and implement security measures. We have tried to finish ahead of the schedule and the final website can be expected to accomplish in second week of august

The Cafe project

I’m currently working on a management project focused on running my own cafe. I’ve transformed a small space owned by my father into a cozy coffee shop. Although the decoration and design are completed, I haven’t finished interviewing all the job applicants yet. I haven’t thought about the name too. One challenge is that the cafe is located in a quiet area, but fortunately, my online advertisement recently went viral. Now, I need to finalize the food pricing and train the staff to ensure excellent service and positive reviews. After that, I plan to hold a trial run before the grand opening and hope for the best.

Importing EVs from BYD!!

The project to import Electric Vehicles (EVs) from BYD, stands for Build Your Dreams, one of the most outstanding EV manufacturers globally today, is also regarded as a NO.1 EV brand in Myanmar, is going well. We have already completed the initial market analysis and identified the most popular BYD models which is suited for local demand. We got the import permits and compliance documentation last week but the importing tax is quite expensive. Surprisingly, we can cover it with income. We will not face any issues as we have already signed a contract with the government. In addition, we have made a discussion with the authority from BYD's China branch. Now we are waiting for the company's approval and we have begun training our marketing teams and customer service teams to provide the best experience for potential buyers. Our milestone is to become the biggest importer in Myanmar. We discussed with the sale teams to send the EVs to the headquarter first. Moreover, we have managed to deliver the EVs to the customers from major cities like Yangon, Mandalay, Naypyidaw, Bago on time and with precision. So we can just wait the BYD's approval and work on with the procedure!! :))
