• From what I've heard from my mom when she talked about my childhood, I was apparently at risk of ADHD due to how energetic I was. Had my mom tolerated my energy, I'd have no idea how I'd be today.

• I was only in my mom's womb when she broke off with my biological dad, thus I never knew who he was, or was even aware of it, until my mom explained it all to me 3 years ago.

But I hope things will get better soon, hopefully you're less stressed there, especially in college.

How are things? I hope you're doing great in that culinary course! Hopefully, you get to learn new recipes, cooking techniques, and even knife techniques. Applying them at home sounds fun, getting to experiment with different ingredients and forming them into delicious dishes that my family would love.

Anyway. I really do hope things will get better for me back here, with my schoolwork all done, and not having to worry anymore once this is all complete.

A: This subject, overall, has taught me a lot of things. Mostly about myself, my behaviors, how I handle my relationships with other people, and how to love. This subject has revealed all of those aspects, helping me reflect on who I am as a person.

2. What were your key takeaways from the subject?

A: My key takeaways from this subject are that it shows the importance of our well-being, relationships with one another, and how we behave with one another. This subject has taught us how to analyze and care for our minds and health, a reminder that we are still human, after all.

3. What two topics were your favorites and why?

A: One of my favorite topics in PerDev was the one about love. It allowed me to see the different kinds of love and how they function differently from one another, depending on who you love, whether it was my friends, family, or significant other. Another lesson that caught my attention is the one that talks about mental health and well-being. I find this one interesting because it explores different mental disorders and shows how to help one another who are going through problems.
