This apprenticeship has a great description, it describes the job that i would be taking part which includes using photoshop, illustrator and indesign which are softwares i would be very interested in learing new skills with and going further in learning. It also states uploading content to social media platforms which i know i would definitely enjoy as i have always had a passion for social media and promoting things through connecting with other people. Although this apprenticeship sounded very suited to what i am aiming to go further on to, it is only required to have 3 gcses and so if i have 3 a levels in art and design i would feel more succesful going for an apprenticeship that Led me on to a higher level and not on the same pathway.

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

Qualities/requirements
• Great using own initiative
• Competency liaising with clients, some of them being high profile individuals
• Keen interest in the media/creativity world
• Smart casual appearance
• Demonstrable creative flair and skills are required for this role
An understanding of the function and application of Social Media to include:
• Facebook
• Twitter
• Pinterest
• Instagram
• YouTube etc
Also, having good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and basic Knowledge of HTML code for emails would be beneficial
Most important is having the desire to become an integral part of the process towards servicing and delighting the clients with a view to growing with the business

Personal qualities

Someone with an enthusiastic and professional attitude and a commitment to learning new skills.

Qualifications required

3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above
