First day at Pharmacy Chendering, staff of the pharmacy welcome me as a new worker. I introduced myself to the staff and vice versa. Pharmacy Chendering has four staff that have strong pharmacist background. The owner’s name is Puan Fatina. The staff name are Sara, Dila, Nadia and Syafiq. They were very friendly and generous to help me in the learning process. 

Next, the staff show me around the shop and the product which is medicine, wellness product and light food and bevarages. Step by step, they talk and explain to me about the pharmacy. Plus, I take the chance to ask about their shop and business.

As learn in the business area, customer is the main component. 
Though, I welcome the customer and entertain their needs and demand. Then, I will refer to the staff that have more knowledge of the product served.

On the next day, every morning the staff will clean the floor of the shop which is swipe and mop the floor. I volunteer to take the cleaning task.

Then, the staff show me the medicine that the pharmacy provide to the customer. Such as diarrhea pills, cough pill and liquid, hypertension medicine, diabetes medicine, eyes medicine and more.

After that, as usual I will welcome customer which is one of the important customer service. More or less, I have learnt new knowledge and gain experience in a medication course.

On the third day, as my daily routine welcoming customer and complete the cleaning session in the morning which is swipe and mop the floor.

After that, I arranged the product on the rack. I also took a chance to ask the staff about the management. More and less the staff tell me a little bit about the pharmacy.

Furthermore, the staff also offer me to learn about drugs, the function and description. It was interesting to gain knowledge about the medicine to prevent and treat disease.

As usual, I will do the cleaning task in the morning which is swipe and mop the floor. After cleaning, I helped staff in packing medicine that have large quantity in small packet size to sell.

Then, as my routine to adapt more in business knowledge is to entertain customer. Every customer come to pharmacy, I must welcome them with a smile and offer a better service to fulfill their needs. That is one of the most important to have good relationship with customers.

To develop more skill in customers service, everyday I need to give more effort in treat customers well in their need.

Furthermore, I took a chance in asking the staff about the management of the stock and financial. It was a valueble experience that have I learnt at the pharmacy. The staff showed me about the supplier list how to restock the product and medicine every month.

Next, in lesure time when there is no customer, I arranged the product and medicine to look neat and clean on the rack.

I aslo knowing more and more about the product from customer purchasing from day to day. For example, I knew about diarrhea medicine, stomach ache medicine, fever medicine, fungus medicine, eyes medicine, diabetes medicine, hypertension medicine and more.

My routine in cleaning in the morning always done well.

After that, I welcoming customer when they come to search medicine or wellness product. 

Then, the staff also spend time with me in showing the writing cheque list to give to their supplier in every two month after restock the product. The staff showed me how to handle invoice list and cashier system.

On the seventh day, I executed my task well in cleaning, treat customer, arrange the product and more.

Plus, I helped the owner in financial management. I helped in calculate the stock list price and see more how the owner manage that case.

Moreover, I getting closer to the staff members in doing the task together, helping each other and sharing some knowledge.

I did the cleaning job in the morning and as usual welcoming the customer with the best service that have been thaught by the staff. From day to day, many things I have learnt to handle in business. And I slowly adapt well in that learning.

On day tenth, I was help by the staff in checking the stock that just arrived in every early of the month.

After that, as always I learn more in their daily system. From cleaning task in the morning, arrange the product, treat the customers, check and recheck the stock, connect with suppliers and more.

After that, I have interviewed the owner about her background and the pharmacy business. She sharing me in detail about her journey. Then, the owner, all the staff and me took picture together as a valuable memory with them. It was a wonderful moment with them.
