In this game, students have to identify a variety of resources that were abundant in different countries in Africa. They will be provided with a clue that describes this resource and its modern-day usage and students must decipher what each resource is before moving on to the next part of the game.

Once all 10 resources have been correctly identified, they will start to search for those resources throughout the classroom.

Once a resource has been found, there is some kind of "student action" attached that students must do to get credit for finding that resource. These actions range from drawing something related to that resource to researching the worth of that resource in our modern economy.

The main object of this game is to highlight just how abundant Africa was of material and natural resources which will help students understand why European countries were so interested in pillaging the African continent in the 1800s.
