Organizations around the world all need some time of professional organized structure. Without it, the companies would be in shambles and very disorganized and that is how you lose customers and potential partners in the future. In this module learning the difference in the two made more sense to me. They both suggests directing activities of others but managers focus on performance tasks and leaders take responsibility for where the team heads and what they can achieve.

There's nothing like having control over a situation, system or process. Without control, things can be disfunctional and misleading. Causing a lot of havic. Having strategic and operational control are my two favorites because I like to train myself to try to have control over conversations and situations so it can be difused.
