         <description><![CDATA[<div>Delivery of services is for all students: it can be direct through individual, small group or classroom 'guidance' lessons.  It can be indirect through consultations with other staff, mental health professionals or family resource providers in the community. Individual counseling can occur in several different areas: career or academic planning; personal social development; family concerns or need; student behavior; ESOL learner; LGBTQIA; death in the family or crisis in the community.  Hence, the need for counselors to be culturally sensitive, knowledgeable and competent in dealing with students, their parents, and adult partners in the community.                    <br><br></div>]]></description>

While focusing on the themes, the program can be built around its foundation, management, delivery, and accountability. When these themes are combined, the CSCP will be efficient in helping students achieve their goals safely and successfully. <br>Student safety is a top priority for school counselors.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Collaboration Practices<br>Without collaboration a school counselor will not be of maximum service to the students he/she serves.  The ASCA repeats time and time again the importance and need for collaboration amongst colleagues, supervisors and other professional school counselors so as all bases are covered as there are so many “gray” areas in student matters on a daily basis, no one single person could handle everything that may arise.  Thus it is best suited for school counselors to enter the field with the open-mindedness to be willing, ready and able to collaborate on any subject that may come up when dealing with a student.</div>]]></description>

I offered the title and theme set up the introduction.  I also contributed to school safety, foundation, advocacy, accountability and management themes. To the best of my understanding, I tried to arrange the tiles to make a story.<br><br></div>]]></description>
