         <description><![CDATA[<div>Positives: EV has started having grade-level conversations regarding "essential" standards for the use of Success Groups.  We also implemented cross-grade level meetings to increase conversations about what students need to know.<br><br>Growth: Our RtI plan needs to be adjusted and specified for how we will intervene on students' behalf to address deficiencies. <br>Working as "cilos" has been the normal and this will need to be improved as we strive to improve our instruction. </div>]]></description>
