I specifically want to get better at this.
I can measure how many times that I practice this myself by keeping track of my public speaking.
I think most people that know me can agree that Im not good at speaking in groups.
This goal is definitely realistic. 
If I get in front of groups very often then I can definitely do this in a timely manner.
