She explains what Celestine is seeing, smelling, hearing, and feeling as she is being branded. It feels almost like I am there, watching it happen. We see Bosco using his power in ways he shouldn't which is in turn corrupting his morals. We also see the effect the Guild has on society which makes it corrupt in a way that the flawed are treated as animals instead of humans. Because of the harsh punishments of the Flawed, people are afraid to make even one mistake, this causes corruption. I think Juniper is bold for meeting up with Art while Celestine didn't know where he was and was worrying about him. I'm also not surprised that Natasha, Gavin, and Logan didn't get punished but Colleen did because her mother is flawed.
