She often writes either from the eyes of her children or with her children in mind. 

I'm constantly amazed by those younger than me. You can really hear the thought pattern of a kid as they critically think through a problem and solution. 

I also love that the title is the first line of the poem. 

Also - everything in this poem could be realistically said by a kid even if she didn't.
