Little did my mom know how strongly my love was for dogs. I would bring home lost dogs to play in our backyard before finding their owner. Eventually I found a dog that no longer had an owner and we adopted him, this where it all began.
I have had the luxury of having a total of five beautiful dogs that have impacted my life, two family dogs: Jackson and Copper, a dog of my own: Gizmo, and two nephews: Buzz and Deeno.

I grew a tremendous passion for teeth by accident and it has been the best thing to have happened to me. I have been able to connect and engage with a culture that is so fascinating and always growing. Currently I work at a university that has exposed me to the most diverse range of people I've had the privilege of getting to know and work with. We gain our fundamental forms of communication, culture awareness, levels of mutual respect, and perception checking with the people closest to us.

Culturally femininity describes us as being compassionate and sensitive and having the ability to relate to others. Do I see these characteristics in myself? Yes. I don’t think it’s a bad thing to agree to some of the stereotypes that have been placed on me and my gender. I've experienced different forms of trauma in my life and it has definitely brought down my level of self-esteem. I've struggled finding love for my self-image and understanding who I am. 
There is a stigma on how people view therapy, saying how "only crazy people go to therapy". I feel this can be a form of selective exposure, someone judging a community without experiencing it first hand or goes against their beliefs.
