Today, you will need to find 20 objects e.g. lego bricks, pencils, cubes, pasta pieces. If you prefer, click this link and use the Ten Frames 1-20 or the 20-Bead Rekenrek. You will also need the numbers 0-20 written on separate pieces of paper. (keep these for later in the week).

Put your 20 objects in front of you and pick a number. Take that number of objects away. How many do you have left? Practise taking different amounts away but always start with 20.

Can you remember what a rhyming word is? We talked about it in school before Christmas. 
Rhyming words have the same sound at the end of the word. I wonder if you can read Zog and find as many sets of rhyming words as you can?

Can you write the story from Princess Pearl's point of view? You could do this as a comic strip like you did before, or a role play with some stick puppets, some of you might want to try and write the story.
